Become a Facilitator
Become a Toolbox Facilitator
If you’re a current psychology student with a car and licence, this is genuinely one of the best jobs you can do alongside your degree.
As a Toolbox Facilitator, you’ll take the psychology tools you’re learning - from CBT, DBT and ACT - and bring them to life in schools. You’ll run engaging, psychology-based workshops that help students understand their minds, emotions and relationships.
Along the way, you’ll build incredible communication and facilitation skills, gain mentoring and supervision, and be part of a passionate, supportive and fun team.
What We’re Looking For
Every year, we receive hundreds of applications from psych students. The number one thing we look for is engagement - can you capture attention quickly, communicate clearly and connect naturally?
We’re looking for facilitators who are:
Studying psychology (1st-2nd year undergraduate)
Confident, warm and engaging communicators
Reliable and organised (schools rely on you to show up on time)
Comfortable presenting in front of groups of young people
Passionate about mental health and psychology
