Drawn from: Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) + Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Senior students achieve a lot — but are also highly self-critical.

This workshop helps them develop self-awareness and self-compassion, while still striving for their best.

📌 Why it works: Students explore the limitations of self-criticsm and experience self-compassion, a more optimal framework for motivation and self-esteem.

Students will learn to:

✔️ Spot the difference between motivation and self-judgment
✔️ Challenge distorted self-talk and perfectionism
✔️ Practise emotional regulation and self-kindness
