This workshop gives them tools to name, understand, and regulate strong emotions — without shutting them down.

📌 Why it works: Grounded in neuropsychology and DBT, this session helps students learn how to manage big feelings using their bodies and brains.

Students will learn to:

✔️ Understand how the brain responds to stress
✔️ Practise calming techniques (movement, breath, grounding)
✔️ Respond instead of react when emotions run high
